General terms of sale of the CALI online shop.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Seller

The online shop califishing.com is operated by Carapau100Cardume. Contact: kalisurfcasting@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern distance sales through this website to consumers in Portugal and the European Union. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept them.

3. Products and prices

Each product page describes its main characteristics. Photos are illustrative; colours may vary slightly.
Compatibility: please measure your angle iron before buying, following our size guide. Choosing an incompatible size is not a lack of conformity, but you can always use your right of withdrawal.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

4. Ordering

You add products to the cart, enter your details, review the summary and confirm with “Place order with obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when we confirm payment by email.

5. Payment

Card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see your full card details.

6. Delivery

We ship with CTT to Portugal and EU member states. Maximum delivery time is 30 days after the contract; if we can’t meet it you may cancel with a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, online via “Withdraw from contract here”. See the Returns policy.

8. Guarantee

3-year legal guarantee of conformity. It doesn’t cover misuse, drops, exposure above 70 °C or normal wear.

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer’s EU country of residence.
