Returns policy

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

• Online, using the “Withdraw from contract here” button (also on your order page); or
• By email to kalisurfcasting@gmail.com with a clear statement (you may use the model form below, but it’s not mandatory).

It’s enough to send your communication before the period expires. We’ll email you an acknowledgement straight away.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision, to the return address we send you by email (or ask us at kalisurfcasting@gmail.com). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You’re only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We’ll refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

2. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (Decree-Law 84/2021). If an item is not in conformity, you’re entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law.

3. Size exchanges

Picked the wrong size? Use your right of withdrawal and place a new order, or contact us — whenever possible we’ll exchange it directly.
